App users can charge in over 30 countries throughout Europe. Roaming is free in EU countries, so you can easily use your App abroad. Still, you will need to find points of charge that are compatible with your vehicle - your electric vehicle’s navigation and your app can also help you with this. Maserati vehicles are compatible with any Type 2 connectors with AC charging stations, while DC charging stations can connect to any of the CCS2 connectors. Type 2 and CCS2 connectors are the most commonly-found connector types across Europe. The default filter in your Maserati Public Charge app is set to automatically show compatible points of charge. Don’t forget to take your Folgore charging card (RFID card) with you.

Instead, the charging point status may only display "occupied". However, once the charging is successfully completed, the entry will appear. It may not be able to stop the charging process through the app in these cases but only through RFID card. Helpful hints will be displayed at the charging station.
Use the map or list view to show charging points close to your location. Allow the App to track your location in the settings on your smartphone. You can also enter a destination address in the search field on the map.

Yes, you can use the charging cable provided with your Maserati to charge in AC Charging points. Only fast DC Charging stations are equipped with integrated cables. Please use the filter to select charging stations that best fit your needs.
In case of theft or loss of your Folgore Charging Card (RFID card), please call Maserati customer service at 00800 62737284 or please contact your Dealer. Important: please immediately delete the Folgore Charging Card via the Charging card menu to deactivate the card and disconnect it from your account.
Charging can be started with the App on the station detail screen or with the charging card (RFID Card).
At some providers, the charging point is locked until the "start charging" button was clicked. To unlock, first select the desired charging station on the App and launch the corresponding charging process. The flap will be unlocked and you can connect the cable. If the cable is locked to your vehicle charging port, we suggest you open your vehicle with the key (physical or digital). In the case that the vehicle was already open, it is necessary to close and reopen it to make sure the unlocking process is executed correctly. To stop the charging process, please use the App (simply by clicking on the ongoing charging session banner and you will see the button "stop charging"), Folgore charging card RFID (simply by scanning RFID card on the charging station), station display or stop the session via the vehicle special button within the charging port. Please note that there is no automatic stop when the battery is fully charged and you can only unplug the charger once you have stopped the charging process using above mentioned methods. Parking at a charging station without charging may be prohibited or subject to a fee depending on the provisions of the charging point operator or other local parking regulations.
Prices are based on the tariff displayed at the station detail view in the App (please note: not at the charging station display). The actual amount will be calculated taking the charging session's start/stop time and the consumption into account. Charging fee’s are billed after each charging process. The invoice is sent after each charging session to your email. Time of receival can vary depending on the charge point operator. In the charging sessions menu you can find an overview of your running and performed sessions. Please note: in here, you will see the information price and time initially and whether the invoice is already available for download.
